Family Sangeet Choreography Package
Performance Scope
- 10 to 12 Fully Choreographed Acts: Covers Couple dance (slow & fast), Solo acts, Parents' performance, and Group dances.
- Staffing: 2 Assistant Choreographers deployed for up to 7 days (6-8 hours/day) at the client location.
- Lead Supervision: 1-2 visits by Lead Choreographer (Vivek) for expression polishing and stage blocking.
Technical Support
- Audio Mixing: Professional track editing to create seamless medleys (mixing 3+ songs) and addition of sound effects.
- Step Design: Simplified choreography specifically designed for elderly family members or non-dancers.
- Digital Tutorials: Video tutorials provided for family members unable to attend physical rehearsals.
Event Execution
- Stage Management: Backstage coordination ensuring the right family members are queued and mic-ed up.
- Console Sync: Coordination with the DJ for precise track cueing during the show.
Sangeet Production with Dance Troupe
Professional Troupe
- Includes all services in the Family Sangeet Package.
- Background Dancers: 6 to 8 professional dancers to accompany Couple and key Family performances.
- Wardrobe: Complete costume styling and rental for the troupe (3-4 changes per dancer).
- Filler Acts: Troupe performs 1-2 standalone high-energy acts (e.g., Ganesh Vandana or Carnival) during family outfit changes.
Visuals & Production
- Props: Usage of handheld stage props like feather fans, LED wings, and ribbons.
- Visual Graphics: Coordination with VJ for LED background content synced to the choreography.
- Lighting Scripts: Cue sheet provided to lighting vendor to sync colors with song beats.
Grand Finale
- Mass coordinated performance involving the couple, family, and professional dancers.
- Cueing for cold pyro and stage effects (hardware cost excluded).

Logistics & Hardware
- Major Prop Rental: Inclusion of one heavy entry element (Decorated Palki, Vintage Car prop, Moon structure, or Hydraulic setup).
- Decor Integration: Styling coordination with the florist to match the prop with the wedding theme.
Manpower & Execution
- Performing Artists: Team of 8 to 12 artists (Palki bearers, Apsaras, or Dancers) in costume to escort the couple.
- Stage Manager: Dedicated personnel to control the speed of procession and safety of prop movements.
Audio & Effects
- SFX Package: Includes 4 Cold Pyro shots and Dry Ice (Low Fog) for the entry path.
- Audio Production: Custom track creation mixing emotional voiceovers with orchestral scores.
