You know how regular construction takes months and leaves a massive mess on your plot? That's what I fix. These units are built with heavy-duty steel frames in my factory, insulated with 50mm to 75mm PUF panels, and delivered ready to use. Once we crane the cabin onto your land, it is just about hooking up the electricity and water. No cement drying time, no labor chaos, just a solid, weather-resistant structure that stands ready in days.
How We Build Without Bricks
When you see these photos, remember that this isn't just a container. It is a calculated piece of engineering. We use high-grade Mild Steel for the skeleton to ensure that when we lift and transport these units, they don't twist or sag.
The Build Process
- Factory Phase: While you are still deciding on the site, I am already working on the steel chassis. We handle the plumbing, internal electricals, and the insulation in our controlled factory environment. This means no delays due to weather or material shortage.
- The Finish: We use pre-laminated boards or PVC panels internally and weather-resistant GI roofing on top. For the exterior, you get a choice of ACP cladding or fiber-cement boards, which is why these look nothing like standard site sheds.
- Site Installation: We arrive, place the unit on your pre-leveled foundation, and connect the utilities. If you are in Delhi NCR, Pune, Bengaluru, or Visakhapatnam, this whole process happens in about 15 days.
