Live Painting for Sporting and Public Events
I bring the raw energy of sports and public events onto canvas. From the stands of Wankhede to your venue, watch your special occasion transform into art, brushstroke by brushstroke.
A proud moment when my live painting of the Ranji Trophy final was shown on the official JioCinema broadcast. The commentators' words of appreciation were a wonderful validation of my 'aankhon dekha' art style.
This is me in my element, painting the Ranji Trophy final live from the stands. The audio captures my belief that true artists work for the love of the craft, always pushing to make the piece better.
A behind the scenes look at the live painting of Wankhede stadium. You can see the real view from my seat and how I translate that expansive scene onto the canvas, detailing the stands and the field of play.

This video is a summary of my successful dream. It shows my work featured in newspapers like Maharashtra Times and the incredible support I received, culminating in presenting the final piece to the team.
About Major Sporting & Public Events
Painting live in the stands of Wankhede during the Ranji Trophy final taught me that true art doesn't happen in a quiet studio. It happens right in the moment, surrounded by the noise, the cheers, and the energy of the crowd. I don't paint from photos later; I capture the scene as it unfolds in front of you.
When I am at a sporting event or a large public gathering, my goal is to translate that specific adrenaline into a visual memory. My 'aankhon dekha' (what I see) style means I set up my easel amidst the action, whether it is a stadium, a corporate ground, or a large-scale event.
How I Work Live
I arrive with my kit, find a vantage point where I can see the heart of the action without causing a disturbance, and start layering the canvas.
- The Atmosphere: I am not just painting the players or the crowd; I am painting the mood. You will see the stadium lights, the grass, and the intensity of the event taking shape over several hours.
- The Process: I use heavy-body acrylics for quick drying and vibrant finish. This allows me to build up textures and colors in real-time, often finishing or refining pieces right at the venue.
- The Takeaway: You get a physical piece of memorabilia. For major events, this has resulted in collaborative pieces where players and organizers sign the canvas, turning a painting into a historic document of the day.
Whether it is a sports tournament, a marathons, or a grand public festival in Mumbai, I bring the same dedication that I took to the Ranji Trophy final. If you want to add an interactive element to your event that keeps guests engaged and leaves you with a lasting piece of history, let’s talk about how to make it happen.
