Magazine Editorial and Fashion Photography
Seeing my work in international publications like Glamour France is rewarding, but the real joy is building a visual narrative. I create editorial photography that tells a story and demands attention on the printed page.

About this collection
Magazine editorial work is a distinct challenge compared to standard commercial photography. It is not just about the product, but about creating a mood that sustains itself across a series of pages. When I approach an editorial shoot, I focus on a consistent color palette and a clear narrative arc so that every image feels like a necessary chapter of the same story.
For a magazine feature, the visuals must be strong enough to stand alone but cohesive enough to work as a series. My process starts long before the shoot day. I sit down with the designer or brand to understand the core message. Is this ethnic wear for a festive season, or is it a high-concept fashion piece? Once the mood is set, I coordinate with the makeup artists and stylists to ensure the model's look fits the environment, whether we are shooting in my Delhi studio or on location.
Collaboration is where the real work happens. I do not do this alone. I rely on my team of stylists and makeup artists because a magazine-quality image is half lighting and half the synergy of the people in front of the lens. We plan for texture, lighting angles, and emotional resonance. Whether it is a feature for a beauty magazine or a fashion spread for an international outlet, my focus remains on quality. I treat every frame as if it will be printed on a full page. If you are a fashion label or a designer looking to get your collection published, I can help you conceptualize a shoot that agencies and editors will actually want to feature.

I am Vikas. I left a corporate career at Google because I wanted to tell stories that move people, not just data. I view every shoot as a collaboration where we push each other to make better art. I do not believe in just pointing a camera at a subject, I believe in creating a cinematic moment.
