Junior Foundation Program (U-14 & U-16)
Schedule & Ground
- Monday to Saturday sessions (7:00 PM to 9:30 PM) running year-round.
- Traditional Red Soil (Mitti) ground at Shivaji Park for endurance and grip.
- Floodlit ground access for evening practice sessions.
Coaching & Drills
- Direct mentorship by senior national-level players and club veterans.

I’m not just talking about a team here - Vijay Club is like a family. Since 1949, we’ve been sweating it out at Shivaji Park. Once you step on our ground, asa watto ki sagle ekatra ahet (you feel like everyone is together). Kabaddi is in our blood.
The Vijay Club Way
For us, discipline isn’t just a word. We train all year round, even when Mumbai’s monsoon is pouring. No excuses. If you’re not fit, tar kaych nahi hot (then nothing happens). We focus on getting everyone in top shape, no matter your age.
Training for All Ages
- Youth: Kabaddi coaching for juniors (Under-14, Sub-Juniors, Juniors). We drill technique, rules, and fitness. Our kids have trophies to show for it.
- Adults: Adult Kabaddi fitness training with intense drills and advanced strategies. Our senior team is known in Mumbai - multiple-time champions, and we’ve played friendship matches against international teams.
- Veterans: Veteran Kabaddi player program for those 45+. Our older players still bring the energy and inspire the younger ones.
More Than Just Kabaddi
We support each other beyond the game. Senior players guide the youth, and every year, we go for our वार्षिक सहल (annual trip). The local crowd at Shivaji Park? They’re part of our story too.

My Story
Vijay Club, Dadar. Amhi 1949 pasun Shivaji Park la aahot. He club fakta naav nahi, ek parampara ahe, ek kutumb ahe. Seniors ni je discipline, sanskar dile, te amhi pudhe gheun chaloy. Ground var yetana velavar yaaycha, practice karaychi, sir yenar, sagla shikto ithech. Varshik sahal, ekatra majja, sagle ek family. Kabaddi, fitness, ani prem - Jai Maharashtra!
