About this collection
We do not just stand at the table. Our conditioning sessions include resistance band work, agility ladders, and even outdoor drills to build raw athleticism. Expect your footwork to get faster and your rallies to last longer because here, if you skip on fitness, you will feel it in your toughest matches.
Table tennis is a game of explosive movement and rapid reaction, not just arm strength. At our academy, we treat physical conditioning as the foundation for every champion. We run integrated programs that combine indoor robot-assisted drills with off-table fitness to simulate the pressure of a real tournament environment.
Our training includes:
- Agility & Footwork: We use ladder and cone drills to sharpen your court coverage. Quick feet mean you reach that wide forehand, and we drill these movements until they are muscle memory.
- Core & Stamina: Our Sunday sessions and regular workouts focus on planks and resistance training. A strong core helps you maintain balance during long, intense rallies when your opponent is already tiring out.
- Mental Toughness: Physical training is only half the battle. We incorporate sports psychology sessions to train your mind for focus and grit. Handling pressure is a skill, and we help you build it.
We train in a family atmosphere in Sector 56, but make no mistake, we train hard. Whether it is 7am in the cold or an intense evening session, we show up to put in the work because we believe the pain you feel today builds the strength you need tomorrow.
Victorious Table Tennis Academy
We are the Victorious family, where your fitness is just as important as your forehand drive. We train hard—sometimes at 7am even in the cold—to ensure you have the agility and core strength to dominate the court when it counts.
