Winning in soft tennis requires more than just hitting the ball. It demands the endurance to last three sets and the explosive power to make the game-winning snap. We build that athlete-level fitness right here on our red clay courts.

Strength training is a critical part of our regimen. Here, players are engaged in deadlifts and squats to build lower body and core strength for powerful on-court movement.

A multi-exercise fitness circuit in progress. This includes ladder drills for footwork, balance exercises, and medicine ball work for explosive power.

Unconventional but highly effective strength and endurance training. Players build raw power by carrying and pulling tires across the court.

Don't expect fancy gym equipment here. At Mastermind, we use medicine balls, weighted plates, and our red clay courts to build functional, on-court power. You will sweat, you will get tired, and you will learn to move properly before you ever pick up a racket.

Building the Tennis Athlete

Fitness in soft tennis isn't about how much you can lift; it is about how effectively you can move. We focus on conditioning that directly translates to the court. Our sessions are designed to improve your agility, core stability, and explosive power so you can handle the unique demands of soft tennis.

Our Training Focus

  • Rugged Conditioning: We use traditional tools like medicine balls (3kg to 5kg) and weighted plates to build strength. You will be pulling tires and running drills on our red clay courts to develop the stamina needed for tournament play.
  • Agility & Footwork: We prioritize ladder drills, cone sprints, and plyometric hurdles. This is how we ensure our players have the footwork to reach any ball and the speed to recover quickly.
  • Injury Prevention: Proper warm-ups, assisted stretching, and balance disc work are built into every session. We ensure you are physically prepared to handle the intensity of competitive training without breaking down.
