About this collection
Posing is where your training gets tested. It is not just flexing; it is about muscle control, vascularity, and holding the tension when your body wants to quit. During our sessions at Muscle Headquarter Gym, I do not just show you how to pose. I teach you how to maintain that contraction, show the judge your hard work, and hide your weak points. If you are prepping for a stage, this is where we fix your flow.
Posing is the final, most underrated step of bodybuilding. You can have the biggest muscles, but if you cannot display them, you will lose. I treat posing like a technical skill, just like a bench press or a squat. It requires extreme discipline to flex every muscle fiber while your body is depleted from prep.
When we work together, we look at the mandatory poses like the front double bicep, side chest, and back spread. We do not just mimic the pros. We study your physique, your insertions, and your symmetry to build a routine that highlights your specific strengths.
Most people fail here because they lack the endurance to hold the pose under stage lights. In my sessions, we build that stamina. We focus on breathing through the burn, keeping the midsection tight, and maintaining a constant flow of definition. Whether you are a beginner learning the basics or an athlete prepping for a show, my goal is to make sure that when you step on stage, you own the space.
Shaam Sadashiv. Respect the process, and the results will show.
