Sculpted and Themed 3D Cakes

We do not just bake, we build. Whether it is a hand-sculpted Labubu figure or a detailed Makhan Chor matki, we use food-safe dowels and dense sponge cakes to ensure your cake holds its shape. Because these designs require precise carving and ganache work, we recommend planning at least a week ahead so we can map out the structure and ensure every detail, down to the last pearl, is perfect.

For these 3D cakes, we use dense sponges like chocolate or vanilla to provide a solid base for carving. We avoid lighter fillings to prevent any structural collapse. For protruding elements like ears or handles, we often use Rice Krispie treats wrapped in fondant for stability.

Everything gets covered in a sharp-edge ganache crumb coat before we add the final fondant layer and hand-sculpted details. Since we are a small home bakery, these projects are limited to what Mom and I can hand-craft with care.
