Guest Seating and Table Decor for Weddings
Good wedding decor is about more than just the stage. I make sure your guest dining area and lounge clusters match your theme, right down to the last floral centerpiece.
This is a long dining table setup for guests, featuring a mirrored tabletop that reflects the decor. The comfortable orange velvet chairs add a pop of color to the event space.
Another angle of the long table guest seating arrangement. This view shows how the seating is arranged within the larger banquet hall, which features a bold floral carpet.
A modern lounge seating cluster with plush green velvet chairs. The centerpiece is a unique gold wire-frame table with a small floral arrangement, perfect for cocktail hours.
This round table seating arrangement uses high-back red velvet chairs. The gold wire-frame table and floral centerpiece match the other seating clusters for a cohesive look.
For a more rustic or classic feel, I offer wooden cross-back chairs. Here they are arranged around a simple round table with a cream-colored tablecloth and a floral centerpiece.
This video shows an outdoor daytime event setup on a large lawn. It includes tented structures for shade, as well as multiple styles of round and rectangular table arrangements for guests.
A close-up of a table centerpiece I created for an evening event. This arrangement includes white and pink roses, baby's breath, and green foliage in a clear glass vase.
This is another example of a floral centerpiece for a guest table. The arrangement features a mix of lilies, roses, and chrysanthemums in a simple glass bowl, adding a fresh touch to the table.
About Guest Seating & Decor Details
I focus on the guest experience because that is where people spend most of their time during the event. Whether it is adding velvet chairs for a luxury feel or using mirrored tables to bounce light and open up the space, my goal is to make the seating look purposeful and comfortable.
The dining area is often the last thing people think about, but it makes the biggest impact on how guests feel. When I plan a guest area, I consider how the furniture interacts with the lighting and the overall theme.
Choosing Your Seating
I offer a range of seating options to match the vibe of your event. If you want a modern, high-energy cocktail look, I use plush velvet chairs in bold colours like emerald green or red. For daytime functions or a more relaxed setting, I prefer wooden cross-back chairs with simple, clean tablecloths.
The Details That Matter
- Tabletops: Mirrored tabletops are great for evening events because they reflect the overhead fairy lights, making the room feel larger.
- Centerpieces: I build my centerpieces based on the floral theme of the day. For evening functions, I use glass vases with white roses and lilies for a clean look. For day events, I mix in brighter flowers like chrysanthemums and marigolds.
- Layouts: Proper flow is essential. I space tables to ensure guests can move easily to the buffet or the stage without feeling crowded.
Everything you see in these photos, from the lounge clusters to the round tables, is part of my standard inventory. You do not need to guess how it will look—what you see is the exact finish I deliver.
