Pre Wedding Daytime Decor: 8x10ft Stage, Swing & Setup for 150 Guests
Core Setup & Stage
- 8x10 ft customized backdrop featuring pop art prints, geometric designs, or vibrant drapes.
- Decorated swing (Jhoola) or traditional low seating for the couple, framed with heavy real marigolds and artificial imported flowers.
- Up to 250 sq. ft. of custom printed vinyl or flex flooring to match the theme.
- Customized easel stand welcome board with the couple's names and floral accents.
Guest Area & Ambience
- Casual seating for 50 to 70 guests using low wooden benches, diwans, colorful cushions, and small coffee tables.
- Basic overhead fabric canopy utilizing bright colors, traditional tassels, artificial flower strings, and cloth umbrellas.
- Thematic props strategically placed around the venue, including painted pots, a floral cycle, quirky signage, or an auto rickshaw photo booth.
Lighting & Vibe
- Basic daytime lighting setup including halogens and LED washes for the stage area.
- Choice of traditional (yellow or orange), vibrant (hot pink or purple), or pastel color themes.
Evening Cocktail & Sangeet Decor: 16x12ft Stage, Lounge Seating & Canopy Lighting
Tenting, Draping & Flooring
- Complete venue masking of walls and ceilings using up to 3000 sq. ft. of premium satin or velvet in emerald green, deep red, or midnight blue.
- 1500 sq. ft. of custom printed carpets (black and white chevron) or dark glossy flooring across the lounge area.
Lighting & Ambiance
- Overhead ceiling canopy completely covered in fairy light strings.
- 8 to 12 hanging crystal or glass chandeliers, disco balls, and hanging glass orbs with tealights.
- Heavy LED uplighting across all walls to wash the room in the theme color for a moody nightclub vibe.
Furniture & Stage
- 6 to 8 VIP lounge clusters featuring plush velvet sofas, modern club chairs, and gold framed mirrored coffee tables.
- 16x12 ft performance stage flanked by artificial exotic foliage, with an optional basic LED screen for visuals.
- Decorated bar facade customized with matching thematic flex prints or floral arrangements.
Main Wedding Day Decor: 40ft Entrance Tunnel, 20x10ft Stage & Floral Mandap
The Grand Entrance
- 30 to 40 ft long entrance tunnel constructed with draped fabrics and 4 to 6 massive floral archways.
- High volume floral arches using an 80/20 mix of premium artificial exotics and real local flowers.
- Pathway illuminated by 8 to 10 overhead chandeliers, decorative floor lamps, and premium props like mirrored statues.
Main Reception Stage
- 20x10 ft elevated stage with custom backdrops ranging from geometric gold frames to full floral walls.
- Premium traditional chaise lounge or sleek modern curved couch for the bride and groom.
- 4 to 6 units of cold pyrotechnic sparklers fired during the stage entry or Jaimala.
The Mandap
- 4 pillar traditional grand structure built as a dome or open top square canopy.
- Pillars heavily wrapped in flowers featuring a dense hanging floral ceiling of mogra strings and cascading greens.
- Complete ceremony setup inside the Mandap with traditional cushioned low chairs and a decorated Havan Kund.
Guest Area & Lighting
- Coordinated table and chair arrangements for 300 to 500 guests, including round tables with covers and standard floral centerpieces on gold rings.
- Complete ambient lighting wash for the venue, dedicated spotlighting for the stage and Mandap, and red or green carpets across main areas.
