About Mehendi & Haldi Functions
I don't believe in last minute surprises. The flex floor prints, the specific cushions, and the floral density you see in these photos are exactly what I bring to your venue. I use heavy fabric drapes and durable flooring materials, so the space looks finished and intentional from the moment your guests arrive.
My Approach to Pre-Wedding Decor
I treat every Mehendi and Haldi function as a specific project. My goal is to ensure the setup matches the vision we discuss, whether it is a traditional Haldi morning or a high energy Mehendi party.
Themes and Customization
- Haldi Setups: I focus on the classic yellow and orange vibe using heavy marigold garlands, white tuberoses, and traditional swings. The lighting is kept bright and warm to suit daytime events.
- Mehendi Themes: This is where I mix styles. If you want a pop-art look, I use colorful illustrated backdrops, vibrant flex flooring, and patchwork furniture. For pastel themes, I lean towards soft drapes, floral arches, and relaxed seating on the lawn.
- Furniture and Flooring: I don't just use standard chairs. Depending on your package, I bring in low wooden benches, velvet seating, or colorful cushions. My flooring options include printed vinyl or glossy materials to unify the theme.
How I Work
I handle the logistics myself. From the 8 by 10 ft stage setups for smaller gatherings to larger venue transformations, I oversee the installation.
Standard Package Details:
- Daytime Pre-Wedding: Includes an 8 by 10 ft custom backdrop, decorated seating for the couple, and floor seating for guests. This is a common choice for smaller functions of up to 150 guests.
- Evening Sangeet & Mehendi: For night events, I focus on ambient lighting with fairy light canopies, chandeliers, and velvet lounge clusters. This setup is designed for a darker, more dramatic look.
Everything I use, from the floral types to the furniture, is selected to make the photography look clean. You won't find generic or sloppy work here because I personally oversee the installation on-site.
