For our themed birthday parties, we focus on complete production, not just decoration. When you book a package, we handle the 8x8ft printed backdrops, balloon arches, and character cutouts as one cohesive setup. We bring our own installation crew to manage the lighting and structural placement, ensuring the venue looks ready the moment guests arrive.

We manage the entire setup for your birthday celebration. Our process starts with defining the theme and securing the necessary materials, from 10ft balloon arches to specific character cutouts for kids' parties. We ensure the logistics are covered so you do not have to manage multiple vendors.
Themed Birthday Package Details
Our standard birthday packages, ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹45,000, are designed to create a focal point for the event.
What is included:
- Backdrop & Stage: 8x8ft printed flex backdrop on a wooden frame, complemented by semi-organic balloon cladding.
- Decor Elements: 10ft spiral balloon arch and 3 to 4 large character cutouts (3ft to 4ft height) based on your chosen theme.
- Display: Cylindrical pedestals with vinyl prints and a 10ft x 10ft green turf carpet for the cake area.
- Signage: Wooden welcome easel with directional signposts.
- Technical Lighting: 4 LED Par cans to illuminate the backdrop.
Location and Execution
We operate out of Marsur, Bengaluru, and serve events across Bengaluru and Mysuru. We handle the transport, setup, and teardown of all equipment.
