Whimsical & Fantasy Birthday Decorations

Our fantasy themes rely on layering distinct elements to build a scene. For a butterfly or fairy setup, we start with a primary backdrop—either a printed vinyl graphic, a shimmering sequin wall, or sheer fabric—to establish the base mood.

We then layer on the balloon work. We use a mix of latex, metallic, and chrome balloons to create organic garlands that mimic natural, flowing shapes rather than simple, uniform arches. These are accented with specific theme elements: life-size character cutouts, wooden picket fences to frame the front of the stage, and marquee number lights to highlight the child's age.

Since we work in various spaces across Bangalore, we adapt our setup to fit the room.

• Home Parties: We utilize 6ft circular rings that provide a high-impact backdrop without overwhelming a living room.
• Banquet/Hall Parties: We scale up to 8x8 trusses that allow for more complex branding, additional lighting, and high-density balloon arrangements (600+ balloons) to command attention on a larger stage.

Every setup includes the necessary lighting—whether it is LED neon signage for the name or par lights to make the colors pop. If you have a specific character like Sofia the First or a color palette in mind, we match our props to those requirements to keep the visual identity consistent.
