It is never too late to master the water. Whether you are learning to put your face in for the first time or looking to refine your stroke, our adult squads focus on building confidence, fitness, and proper technique.

It's never too late to learn a new skill. Here, my adult intermediate class is working on flip turns, a technique that makes your laps smoother and more efficient. The excitement on their faces says it all.

Our adult squad is proof that you can find a strong community at any age. We train hard together and support each other through every lap. This is our team.

We call this "social kicking." It’s a great way to get your workout in while catching up with your swim buddies. Our wide lanes give everyone plenty of space to train and chat.

A quick reminder to always stretch before and after your swim. Just 5 to 10 minutes of dynamic and static stretches can help activate your muscles, improve mobility, and prevent injury.

About Adults: It's Never Too Late

Many of our adult students arrive with a genuine fear of water or concerns about fitness levels, and that is perfectly okay. We don't believe in jumping straight into the deep end; we use structured drills, like kickboard exercises and wall-based breathing practice, to help you get comfortable. You will find that once you nail the basics, the pool stops being a source of anxiety and starts becoming your favorite place to get fit and meet like-minded people.
