I believe in making lessons memorable. We build serious water confidence, and sometimes that means heading into the weekend with a celebratory flip. It’s all part of the fun and hard work.
For my competitive swimmers, the start is everything. We practice our dives relentlessly, making sure every entry is powerful and clean. This is what dedication looks like on the starting blocks.
Learning to swim should be fun. I build water confidence in my youngest swimmers with playful drills like back flips, front flips, and handstands. It’s how they learn breath control and buoyancy without even realizing it.
It's never too late to learn a new skill. Here, my adult intermediate class is working on flip turns, a technique that makes your laps smoother and more efficient. The excitement on their faces says it all.
This is what it's all about. A team of happy, proud swimmers showing off their hard-earned medals. I am incredibly proud of the work these kids put in day after day.
I tell my students that age is just a number, and I try to live by that myself. Keeping things fun with a cartwheel dive reminds everyone that swimming is a sport for life.
Our adult squad is proof that you can find a strong community at any age. We train hard together and support each other through every lap. This is our team.

I do not just teach you how to swim laps. Whether you are learning to float for the first time or perfecting a flip turn for a race, we focus on technique through play. If you watch my sessions, you will see my students doing handstands and flips, not just to have fun but to build real comfort and coordination in the water.
My coaching philosophy is simple: show up, do the work, and improve through practice. I am an ASCA Level 5 certified coach, but I approach every student as an individual.
How We Train
- For Kids (4+): We start with water safety. I use games like underwater flips and somersaults to teach breath control and buoyancy. It removes fear and builds confidence naturally.
- For Adults: It is never too late to start. Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to refine your stroke, we have a supportive community where you can learn skills like flip turns or endurance swimming at your own pace.
- For Competitive Swimmers: If racing is your goal, expect a serious training environment. We focus on advanced stroke correction, dive starts, and rigorous training sets. We train with a purpose, often starting early in the morning to get the work done.
