Custom Commissioned and Personal Artworks
Beyond my teaching, I create bespoke oil and watercolor paintings. From historical figures to cherished family memories, every piece is painted with patience, intent, and a focus on capturing the soul of the subject.

About Commissioned & Personal Works
Commissioning a piece is about more than just the final frame. When you reach out for a portrait, we start by discussing the story behind the subject—what emotion you want to preserve or which specific memory needs to be held. I prefer working from high-quality reference photos so I can study the light and textures, ensuring the final result feels less like a static image and more like a captured moment. Whether it is a tribute to a loved one or a spiritual figure, my goal is to make sure the art speaks to you personally.
My Approach to Commissions
I treat every commissioned piece as a form of meditation. Whether you are looking for an oil portrait of a family member, a graphite study of a figure, or a spiritual watercolor painting, the process remains the same. It starts with listening. I want to understand what makes the subject special to you, so I can translate that feeling onto the canvas.
What I Paint
I accept commissions for a variety of styles and subjects, including:
- Personal Portraits: Capturing a loved one or a family member with realism and depth. I pay close attention to skin tones, the light in the eyes, and the unique stories etched in facial expressions.
- Spiritual & Devotional Art: Pieces that serve as a source of peace or prayer, such as depictions of deities or figures that hold personal religious meaning.
- Historical & Tribute Pieces: Honoring figures who inspire us, like my recent tributes to historical leaders.
- Custom Scenes: If you have a specific vision—a blend of landscape and portraiture, or a moment from a photograph—I can help bring that composition to life.
How to Proceed
Because I prioritize quality over quantity, I limit the number of commissions I take at any time. When you are ready, share your ideas and reference photos with me. We will discuss the medium (oil, watercolor, or graphite), the sizing, and the timeline. My aim is not just to deliver a painting, but to create a work that adds value and meaning to your space.
