Adaptive Fitness & Gymnastics Programs for Every Child
We believe every child is a champion in the making. Our adaptive programs offer a safe, sensory-friendly space designed to help neurodiverse kids build strength, confidence, and social skills through movement that feels like pure play.
This graphic outlines the core goals of our Autism Program. We focus on improving physical coordination, enhancing social interactions, building self-esteem, and providing a fun, engaging experience in a safe and structured setting.
This video highlights the tangible benefits of our program for children with autism. You can see how our trained instructors use targeted exercises to enhance motor skills, improve coordination, and create a supportive environment for growth.
We believe in educating our community and dispelling myths about autism. This video addresses common misconceptions and explains that autism is a neurological and developmental disorder, reinforcing our commitment to supporting children with different abilities.
Early awareness and intervention can make a significant difference. This video shares some early signs of autism and explains how gymnastics can help children with autism develop motor skills, improve coordination, and enhance social interaction.
This graphic directly tackles the myth that children with autism cannot do gymnastics. We show that with the right support and adaptations, many children with autism can participate and benefit greatly from improved motor skills, social interaction, and self-esteem.
About Adaptive Programs for Every Child
Here, the gym isn't just about flips and jumps. It is a controlled environment where we focus on your child's specific needs—whether that is managing sensory overload, working on core strength, or simply learning to navigate a group setting. We keep our groups strictly limited to five kids or offer one-on-one sessions, ensuring every child gets the attention they need to feel safe and supported without the stress of a crowded room.
Our Approach to Adaptive Fitness
We know that traditional gym settings can be overwhelming. That is why we built Tumble Gym with a focus on neurodiversity. Our space uses soft, textured, and padded surfaces to provide the right amount of sensory input—what many kids need to feel grounded and regulated.
Why Movement Matters
Movement is more than exercise for our little makkale (kids). It is a way to build neurological pathways. Whether we are doing balance work on low beams, assisted rolls, or structured obstacle courses, the goal is always development. We tackle specific challenges like:
- Gross & Fine Motor Skills: Improving coordination and body awareness.
- Sensory Regulation: Using foam pits for deep pressure and swings for vestibular input.
- Social Interaction: Learning patience and turn-taking in small, predictable group settings.
How We Work
Every child starts with us on their own terms. We offer:
- 1:1 Adaptive Coaching: A dedicated 60-minute session with a coach trained in Autism and SPD support. We create a custom routine to address specific goals like core strengthening or eye-contact drills.
- Small Group Programs: A 3-month term with a strict 1:5 ratio. This provides the predictability many kids thrive on, with the same instructor and a consistent weekly schedule.
We welcome all abilities, from kids with autism and Down syndrome to those needing extra support with physical or sensory processing. If you have questions about how we handle specific triggers or routines, just reach out. Let’s talk about your child's superpowers.
