About Adaptive Fitness for Children with Special Needs
What We Believe
Every child deserves a place where they feel cheered on. At Tumble Gym, I really mean it when I say: we welcome all abilities. I see every kid as a champion, and my goal is to help them find their own spark, no matter what challenges they face.
What Makes Us Different
This isn’t just another fitness class. I run an adaptive fitness space made for kids with special needs, including those who are neurodiverse. Here, movement feels like play but actually builds real skills. I work at each child’s own speed, using routines and creative games so that fitness comes with a smile, not stress.
Who Can Join
My focus is on kids aged 3 to 14—whether they have autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, SPD, or other physical or sensory needs. I’ve seen firsthand how a sensory gym class for autism can help kids open up and enjoy moving their bodies.
Skills and Superpowers
- Strength, balance, and flexibility through special needs strength and balance training
- Gross and fine motor skills, posture, and body awareness
- Focus, listening, and problem-solving
- Social skills, self-esteem, and tools for managing stress
How Sessions Look
- One-on-one for kids who need extra attention (especially good for neurodiverse fitness programs)
- Tiny group classes (never more than 5), so no one feels lost in the crowd
- Parents are welcome to join, especially with our little makkale (kids), for extra support
Real Coaches, Real Support
Our team is trained in special needs gymnastics. We bring both skill and heart, making sure every kid feels safe and celebrated. The gym itself is bilkul safe (super safe) with soft equipment made for children.

My Story
Hey, I’m Santosh Kumar, founder of Tumble Gym. As a parent in Bangalore, I got tired of seeing kids stuck to screens. So, I started this place—less class, more adventure. E salla Cup Namdhe! (This year the cup is ours!) We cheer for every kid who tries, falls, and gets up. Every flip, crawl, jump—it's shaping their future. Now, from 'Namaskar Bengaluru!' to 'Hello Vellore Makkale!' we keep growing our Tumble Tribe, one fearless kid at a time.
