About My Journey as an Event Planner
People often see the finished decor or the final dance performance, but the reality is a whirlwind of venue scouting and logistics. I currently manage my own team of four, handling everything from guest concierges to late-night scriptwriting for emcee duties. When you see me in these photos, I am usually balancing a rehearsal schedule while coordinating with decorators to make sure every detail hits the mark.
My work is rarely limited to one city. Whether I am orchestrating a sangeet in a Udaipur palace or hosting a corporate festival in Pune, the process remains consistent. It begins with understanding the specific family rituals—like Mamera or Ghargora—and ends with ensuring the guests feel engaged from the moment they arrive.
I wear two hats at most events. I am not just the planner behind the scenes; I am also the emcee on the microphone. This dual role helps me control the energy of a room, especially when costume changes happen or when the crowd needs a push to start the games.
Managing over 500 events has taught me that the best plans are the ones that allow for flexibility. My packages are designed around this reality. For my wedding projects, I focus on cost-recovery negotiations to help you manage your budget, while my choreography services use simplified steps to ensure even non-dancers and senior family members feel comfortable on stage.
