I treat a corporate auction or a spiritual festival with the same intensity as a wedding. My role goes beyond reading from a script, as I actively manage crowd dynamics and keep the program moving smoothly even when the schedule shifts.
When you host large events, the logistics become complex quickly. My approach is to take the pressure off you by managing the timeline, vendor coordination, and audience engagement simultaneously. For the Diksha Mahotsav event, I managed logistics for guests arriving from as far as London and Kenya, ensuring that every cultural nuance was respected while maintaining a seamless event flow. In corporate settings like the Players Auction, I focus on building rapport with the attendees to maintain engagement throughout the evening. I do not just host; I observe the room. If the energy dips during a presentation, I adjust the script or introduce interactive segments to get the crowd back on board. My experience spans everything from managing large-scale cultural gatherings in Kutch to high-energy sports events in Mumbai. Whatever the setting, my priority remains the same, ensuring that the participants feel involved and the organizers are free to enjoy the day!
