I started baking in 2014, and honestly, the best part of my day is turning a wild idea into a real cake. Since I never use premixes, I have total control over what goes into my eggless cakes, which means you get fresh, quality ingredients in every slice.
I handle custom theme cakes for all sorts of occasions across Delhi NCR. Whether you want a nostalgic 90s-themed cake, an illusion cake that looks like a comic book, or a specific character for a birthday, I am up for the challenge. Yes, the 'fataphat' (quick) work happens on weekends, but I prefer to take the time needed to get the details right.
What to expect when ordering a custom design:
- The Process: Send me your theme, and let me know the size you need. If you have a Pinterest board or a sketch, share it. I will tell you if the design is achievable and what structural elements (like dowels or supports) we might need.
- The Finish: I work with both cream and fondant. If you want the look of fondant but the taste of cream, we can talk about semi-fondant options.
- Timing: I operate as a home bakery in Noida and deliver across the NCR region. Please book a few days in advance, especially for elaborate themes, so I can source the right toppers and plan the construction.
Everything is handcrafted. I don't believe in shortcuts, so you won't find industrial mixes here. It is just real batter, fresh frosting, and your story turned into a centerpiece.
