Royal Palace Weddings: Designing Grand Heritage Celebrations

An aerial drone view of the event layout at Jagmandir Island Palace. My planning process involves meticulous space management to ensure a seamless flow for guests, from the dining areas to the central performance stage, all lit to create a magical ambiance.

To create a fairytale atmosphere, I draped the trees at Jagmandir with cascading fairy lights and crystal chandeliers. This lighting design transforms the outdoor space into an enchanted forest, perfect for a romantic evening celebration.

The entrance to a royal wedding should be a statement. At Jagmandir, I combined traditional floral garlands with intricate architectural details to craft a stately and welcoming gateway for guests.

This Sangeet stage at Jagmandir Island Palace was designed for a powerful impact. I used dramatic spotlights and a rich red color scheme to create a focal point that commands attention against the royal architecture.

Incorporating cultural and spiritual elements is key to a meaningful celebration. This stunning Nataraja installation, surrounded by diyas, served as a divine centerpiece and a blessing for the couple's journey.

The pathway to the main event area is an opportunity to build anticipation. I lined the walkway with grand candelabras and a plush red carpet, guiding guests toward the palace with a sense of regal formality.

This high-angle shot showcases the scale of a royal wedding setup. My design ensures that even in a large courtyard, every element, from the stage to the guest seating, is arranged for optimal viewing and a cohesive aesthetic.
