Haldi & Mehendi Thematic Decor
Design & Floral Concepts
- Custom Themes: Execution of specific visions like Sunflower & Pampas Boho, Traditional Marigold Yellow, or Vibrant Rajasthani Mela.
- Floral Density: Moderate to heavy density fresh work using local blooms (Marigold, Tuberoses, Sunflowers) mixed with textural elements like Pampas grass and dried palms.
- Structures: Floral arches, photobooth backdrops, swing decoration, and colorful fabric canopies (leheriya/bandhani prints).
Props & Furniture
- Thematic Setup: Rental and placement of Diwans with bolsters, quirky auto-rickshaws, painted cycles, colorful trunks, and dining centerpieces.
- Guest Experience: Managed hospitality desk with signage, flower shower cones, and curation of interactive stalls like bangles or custom sweets.
Entertainment & Audio
- Live Artists: Booking and coordination of traditional Rajasthani folk dancers (Ghoomar/Kalbeliya) or a 4-person Dhol team.
- Tech Specs: Basic PA system setup (JBL VRX or equivalent) for background music, announcements, and mic handling.

- Floral Ceiling: High-density overhead floral work using Wisteria hangings or Rajnigandha chains.
- Venue Transformation: Full wall masking, carpeting of the event area, and ambient lighting to alter the venue aesthetics.
Logistics & Ritual Management
- Operations: Management of generator power backups, vendor transport, and logistics for heritage or fort venues.
- Ceremony Elements: Hydraulic or floral blast Varmala stages, Tiffany/Chiavari seating for Pheras, and Vedic chanters or flute artists.
- Entry Concepts: Execution of dramatic entries using vintage cars, palanquins, or hydraulic lifts.
