Conditioning here goes beyond standard gym hours because cricket requires specific, explosive movement. We use agility ladders, hurdle drills, and tire-dragging to mimic the exact force needed in a real match, and then we integrate Isha Kriya meditation to ensure your mind stays as sharp as your footwork under pressure.

Our Conditioning Approach

  • Explosive Power: We utilize tire-dragging and resistance band drills to build the raw power needed for fast bowling and power hitting.
  • Agility & Footwork: Through ladder drills and hurdle sequences, we retrain your footwork patterns, focusing on speed and balance.
  • Match Simulation: Fitness isn't performed in isolation. We conduct these drills during night sessions under our LED floodlights on our 14 astro-turf wickets to mimic actual match conditions.
  • Mental Recovery: We treat the mind as part of the athlete. Our integrated yoga and meditation sessions help players manage game-day nerves and maintain focus during long tournament days.
