We believe being a great cricketer starts with being a fit athlete. Our conditioning programs are designed to build the agility, stamina, and flexibility you need to dominate on the field.

About Fitness & Conditioning

Every session at our JP Nagar facility kicks off with a mandatory 15-minute warm-up, specifically targeting the lower back and hamstrings. We emphasize this because cricket is as much about mobility as it is about skill. If you aren't flexible enough to bend for a low catch or stretch during a run, you are limited. We do not just tell you to run; we teach you how to move, ensuring your body is prepared for the demands of the match.
