Daily Training Moments and Sessions
From the mat to the park, these moments capture the daily grind and real effort of my students.
About Additional Work
Real progress does not happen only during tournaments. It happens on these days, the humid sessions in the park, the extra pad work when you are tired, and the discipline of showing up consistently. These shots are from our regular academy days and outdoor training, where we focus on the foundation that makes a fighter. If you are looking for a place to truly challenge yourself, this is where it starts.
You will not find flashy editing here. What you see is what we do at Warrior Fight Club. Whether it is a humid morning in a Delhi park or a late evening session at my Badarpur academy, the effort is the same. I believe that martial arts is 20 percent technique and 80 percent mind. When you join these sessions, you are not just learning to punch or kick. You are learning to stay calm under pressure, improve your cardiovascular health, and build a routine that actually sticks. We keep it diverse. Some days are heavy on Taekwondo forms (Poomsae), others are purely Kalaripayattu inspired agility drills or intense HIIT conditioning. If you are looking for a sanitized gym experience, this is not it. This is a place to sweat, struggle, and grow. Har Har Mahadev.
