Keynote Speaking and Leadership Workshops
I don't just speak; I share the messy, real, and joyful journey of building a life around play and purpose. Here are some of the spaces where I have been fortunate to connect with and challenge leaders, students, and educators.
Speaking to a large audience of students about entrepreneurship. My message is to honor the voice inside you, seek out mentors, and combine your inner spark with curiosity and courage to make a real change in the world.
A close up shot of me speaking at the Citi headquarters in Manhattan. I get nervous before big speeches, but my smile shows the joy and gratitude I feel for having the opportunity to share my passion with business leaders.
Here I am speaking at a Women's Day event for a corporate group. I challenged the audience by asking if they, as women, feel conditioned to seek approval before making big decisions, sparking a conversation about self reliance and leadership.
Receiving a plaque of appreciation after being a chief guest and speaker at an inter collegiate event. It is an honor to be recognized by educational institutions for my work in the field.
I was given the honor of cutting the ribbon to inaugurate a student event. These moments remind me of how far I have come and the responsibility I have to inspire the next generation.
A wider view of my opening speech at the 'She is Phenomenal' graduation event in New York. Standing at this podium was a powerful moment and a reminder to always dream big.
Another angle of my talk on Women's Day. I believe in using my platform to ask thought provoking questions and encourage women to practice leadership in all aspects of their lives.
A close up of me speaking at the Bhavna Group event. Sharing my personal journey and entrepreneurial story is a powerful way to connect with and inspire other professional women.
The beautiful flowers and plaque of appreciation I received from the Tilak Education Society after my talk. I am always grateful for the warm reception and the chance to connect with students and faculty.
About Keynote Speaking & Industry Recognition
When I stand in front of an audience, I don't use prepared scripts or corporate jargon. Whether I am addressing a leadership forum at a corporate headquarters or speaking to students at an inter-collegiate event, I talk about my own journey of self-doubt and how embracing curiosity helped me build my path. My talks are less of a lecture and more of a conversation about the practical realities of entrepreneurship, the challenges of modern leadership, and why play is the most important research we can do.
My Approach to Speaking
I believe that for a talk to be effective, it must be vulnerable. I don't stand on a podium to perform; I stand there to connect. My sessions are grounded in my experiences as an educator, a mother, and an entrepreneur who started with nothing but a desire to find a tribe of like-minded people.
Topics I cover:
- Entrepreneurship & The First Step: I speak about the reality of starting small, dealing with anxiety, and why waiting for the 'whole plan' is a mistake. I share how I moved from an awkward kid hiding in the wings to running a thriving organization.
- Leadership & Self-Reliance: I challenge audiences—especially women—to question if they are seeking external approval before making big decisions. We discuss how to practice leadership in professional and personal spaces.
- Creative Education: I advocate for the power of play in learning, explaining why process-based drama is essential for developing confidence in children, and how educators can shift from being instructors to facilitators of joy.
Why Choose Me?
Whether you are organizing a Women's Day event, a college seminar, or a corporate leadership retreat, my goal is the same: to leave the audience feeling seen, heard, and empowered to take their next step. I am comfortable in both intimate settings and on large stages. I bring the same energy to a classroom of thirty teachers as I do to a hall of hundreds of business professionals. If you are looking for a speaker who values authenticity over perfection and connection over content, let's talk.
Tiny Tribes
I’m a mother, a teacher, and a dreamer who accidentally built a company. I speak because I believe in the power of storytelling to challenge the status quo, whether it’s in a boardroom or a college auditorium.
