About this collection

I don’t believe in magic pills or banning rice and rotis. My plans use science-backed macro calculations to fit the food you actually enjoy into your daily routine. This is about building sustainable habits for the long haul, not a quick fix that fails the moment you step out.

My coaching is grounded in hard facts. When we start, I look at your daily routine, your training intensity, and the foods you actually eat at home. Whether your goal is fat loss or muscle gain, the logic is the same: evidence-based nutrition tailored to your specific metabolism and activity level.

I don't sell generic diet charts you'll get bored of. I provide a blueprint for real life. This means adjusting your carbohydrate intake for your heavy lifting days, managing protein for recovery, and auditing your sleep hygiene. If you are training hard, you need the right fuel. If you are busy, we make the plan practical.

You get weekly progress reviews where we analyze weight trends and adherence, not just a random number on the scale. If your weight stalls for 4 or 5 days, we adjust the plan. If you have a social event, we manage your intake around it. You don't have to choose between your health goals and living your life.
