About Camp & Coaching Information
Our coaching is rooted in a proven module designed by two-time National Champion Arvind Bhat, moving beyond basic rallies to focus on technical accuracy and court strategy. We keep our batches intentionally small—maintaining a 1:10 to 1:15 ratio for standard camps and 1:6 to 1:8 for intensive performance training—to ensure every student receives direct feedback on their grip, footwork, and stroke production.
Whether you are a beginner picking up a racquet for the first time or an intermediate player looking to sharpen your tactical game, our programs are structured to help you improve. We operate out of Nagavara with five BWF-approved Li-Ning synthetic courts, providing a consistent surface that helps prevent injuries and allows for the fast-paced play required for training.
Our Coaching Structure
We run two primary types of camps to match different goals:
- 21-Day Standard Coaching Camp: Designed for foundational growth, these 60 to 90 minute daily sessions cover the essentials—grip, service, footwork, and basic strokes. It is the ideal entry point for kids and adults who want to learn the game correctly from the start.
- 21-Day Intensive Performance Camp: Built for players who have already mastered the basics, this half-day program involves 2.5 to 3-hour sessions. We focus on advanced skills like multi-shuttle feeding, court coverage, and tactical error correction, paired with internal match simulations to test your progress.
Every session includes a physical conditioning component, utilizing agility ladders and warm-up drills to build the stamina necessary for competitive play. We also include weekend fitness sessions, such as Zumba, to keep energy levels high and add variety to the training schedule. Beyond the training, we provide all shuttles, offer branded T-shirts, and issue certificates upon completion, making the process straightforward for parents and players alike.
