Training hard is good, but training smart is what builds a career. At The Sports Mantra, we combine high-intensity practice with structured recovery, physiotherapy, and mental conditioning to keep our players fit and ready for the field.

Yoga is an integral part of our training. It improves flexibility, reduces stress, and enhances breathing, all of which contribute to better performance and focus on the cricket field.

Our physiotherapist team from Matteo Physio conducts a joint assessment for our players. This helps us identify and address potential issues like muscle tightness or restricted mobility before they become problems.

A cool-down stretches session after a hard day of practice. The aim is to overcome stiffness and soreness, which helps prevent injuries and keeps our players ready for the next session.

Finding inner peace through meditation. We teach our players that a calm mind leads to better performance, helping them manage pressure and stay focused during critical moments in a match.

Celebrating International Yoga Day on the field. We believe in holistic development, and yoga provides our players with the balance, flexibility, and mindfulness needed to excel.

About Holistic Wellness: Recovery & Mental Strength

We partner with Matteo Physio to conduct regular biomechanical assessments for all our trainees. If you have been struggling with recurring muscle tightness during long batting sessions or restricted joint mobility in your bowling action, our team identifies these issues before they turn into serious injuries.
