We started with pizza, but we realized that a great party needs range. That is why we built our Pan-Asian and global stations. Whether you are hosting an intimate Sunday brunch or a full-scale wedding function, we want the food to be the focal point.

What You Get

• Live Teppanyaki: We bring our flat-top grills, zucchini, bell peppers, and Teriyaki or Black Pepper sauces. Guests choose their noodles or rice, and we toss it up fresh.
• Dim Sum Baskets: We serve these steaming hot with our signature chilli oil. You get crystal veg, corn, and spinach, or classic chicken scallion varieties.
• Taco & Slider Bars: For a more casual vibe, we assemble soft-shell tacos or sliders right in front of your guests, letting them pick their own toppings.
• Fusion Twists: We love mixing things up, like our Truffle Malai Soya Chaap. It is that classic Indian comfort food but done in a way that fits a global menu.

The Setup

Food is half the meal, and presentation is the other half. We do not just dump food in chafing dishes. We use tiered wooden stands, fresh floral runners, and mood lighting to make the station look like a restaurant setup.
