Why EMS Training Works

Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) is fundamentally different from a traditional gym workout. While conventional weight training relies on your brain to send signals to your muscles, EMS uses a suit to deliver gentle electrical pulses directly to your muscle fibers. This allows us to activate up to 90% of your muscle fibers simultaneously, whereas traditional training typically activates only 40% to 60%.
