We use Merrithew Stott Reformers because the spring resistance allows us to isolate exact muscle groups while actively supporting your joints. Whether you are using the V2 Max Reformer for a deep lunge or the Cadillac for spinal mobility, the goal is always to keep your spine in a neutral, shock-absorbent position. This setup prevents injury while building the type of functional, deep core strength that general floor work sometimes misses.

We emphasize the 'neutral spine'—the most shock-absorbent position for your body—because maintaining that natural S-curve is essential for preventing back pain and improving posture.

  • The Cadillac (Trapeze Table): Used in our private training, this helps us perform complex movements like inversions and deeper stretches. It allows for advanced spinal mobility work that is difficult to achieve with mats alone.
  • Props & Support: We incorporate foam rollers, magic circles, and flowin pads to add variety and focus to every session, ensuring that even small stabilizing muscles get the attention they need.
