About The Unseen Hours: Our Process
We don't just show up on event day. Our work begins months earlier with our karigars [craftsmen] sketching structural frameworks and prepping thousands of fresh florals in our studio. When you see a seamless 30ft island bar or an intricate floral jali, know that it started as a conversation about your favorite memories, followed by weeks of us sweating the details so your day feels entirely personal.
The images you see here are the final result, but the real story happens in the planning phase. Whether we are transforming a ballroom or setting up at the foothills of Nandi Hills, the process remains the same: we get to know you, your family history, and what makes your relationship tick, then we start building.
Building from the Ground Up
Most event designers rent standard sets. We are different. Our team acts as a design-build studio. We handle the structural fabrication for mandaps and stages in-house. This gives us the flexibility to create custom shapes, unique textures, and architectural elements that you won't find in a catalogue. If you want a floral-heavy garden setup, we aren't just placing potted plants; we are designing irrigation, building support trusses, and ensuring the floral density is high enough to look full and lush for the entire duration of your event.
