When we design a reception, we focus on the details guests rarely notice but always feel. Take our recent 7-course dinner in a Coorg forest. We did not just lay out tables, we built a functional satellite kitchen from scratch in the middle of winter to ensure every course hit the table at the exact right temperature. It takes months of rehearsing service flows, checking crockery against lighting, and making sure the wine pairings do not clash with the table florals. We sweat the technicals so you can actually enjoy the party.
