The Planning Lifecycle

We manage a vendor ecosystem of 10-15 professionals, including photographers, makeup artists, and caterers. This isn't just about booking; it involves contract verification and ongoing negotiation to keep costs aligned with your budget. We track every variable using a Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to ensure no surprises appear in the final decor production.

Venue Transformation

We specialize in adaptability. As seen in our work at venues like Utsavaa or Villa Vyoma, we often handle day-to-night transitions. This requires meticulous run sheets—minute-by-minute itineraries that dictate exactly when lighting should shift, when linens should be swapped, or when floral chandeliers are lowered. We account for guest comfort as much as aesthetics, ensuring that even practical elements like guest hospitality desks are seamlessly integrated into the design.

On-Day Execution

On the day of your event, our team is onsite to manage the floor. We handle the setup of structures, the installation of custom fabrication like CNC mandalas, and the coordination of guest logistics including room allocations and transfers. By taking full responsibility for the vendor load-in and the operational timeline, we ensure your wedding day flows exactly as intended, allowing you to move through your rituals without worry.
