About From Dream to Reality: Our Process
Before the first flower is placed, we are knee-deep in sketches and color palettes. My team does not just show up to install; we are hands-on from the initial gupshup (chat) to the final placement, managing the quiet chaos on-site to ensure the atmosphere feels exactly like the story you told us.
Our process begins long before the wedding day. We do not work from generic catalogs. Instead, we start with a deep dive into your personality. Whether you are envisioning a 'Mantram' themed sacred ceremony or a bohemian 'Suryatva' Tilak, we build a custom moodboard that anchors our floral choices, fabric textures, and lighting styles. This ensures that every element serves your narrative, not just the venue.
Once the design is locked, the real work begins. You will see us on-site managing the fabrication of mandap structures, often using wooden frames and metal trussing to create something distinct. We handle the logistics of fresh, high-density floral installations, sourcing everything from hydrangeas to local marigolds depending on the look.
We embrace the 'storm before the calm' because we know that transforming an empty lawn or a ballroom into an immersive space requires precise teamwork.
