My Way of Finding Calm Through Art
Art is my safe space – the lines, patterns, and mandalas I draw have helped me cope with stress and anxiety for years. Sab kuch keh ke hi sabko batana zaroori hai kya? Sometimes, all you need is a pen and a quiet moment. That’s what I want these workshops to be for you – a place to unwind, and maybe even surprise yourself.
What Happens in My Workshops
I keep things simple, focusing on mindful mandala drawing and beginner zentangle workshop techniques. We’ll make “Mystique Minis” – tiny art pieces for meditation. You don’t need any fancy materials, just a pencil and a pen. Whether you’re an overthinker, or think you’re “not an artist,” I help you use art for stress relief, not perfection.

Hey, I’m Ankita. Art’s my way to breathe, to get lost and found again. Mandalas feel like home, especially when things get too loud in my head. Grew up in Patna - Dussehra memories, Durga’s strength, pandal hopping, all that jazz. Life’s changed me, so has my art. Some days it’s fire, some days it’s just sunshine on a bookmark. I believe in making my own light, even when days get heavy.

Mindful & Meditative Designs - My art’s about vibrant lines and breathing space. Each piece invites calm and happiness, even on messy days.
Traditional Indian Folk Touch - Love mixing Indian folk art motifs like Madhubani and Pattachitra into my work - tradition meets my own twist.
