When we cater a wedding, we do not just drop off food. Our team uses the traditional Vadhpi method, moving in synchronized rows to serve an 18-course menu directly onto fresh banana leaves. This requires precise timing and coordination, ensuring that every guest receives their piping hot Masale Bhaat, Aamti, and sweets at the exact moment it is meant to be eaten, just as it happens in a traditional Maharashtrian household.
Managing a wedding is intense, and that is where my decades of experience kick in. I have learned that the key to a successful event is not just the recipes, but the ability to stay calm when the guest count fluctuates or the timeline shifts. Whether it is a destination wedding in Goa or a traditional Munj ceremony in Mumbai, my team arrives fully prepared to handle the logistics of a sit-down Pangat. We handle everything from the sourcing of fresh banana leaves to the professional service staff who understand the etiquette of the meal. We serve a 100% vegetarian menu that includes signatures like Ukadiche Modak, Puran Poli, and various vegetable preparations like Ansa Fansa Chi Bhaaji.
