We've spent years designing weddings, but this story is our own. It started with two people, Jinal in design and Neha in client servicing, who found a natural rhythm. The Doli Diary wasn't built on a business plan, but on trust, hard work, and a shared passion.
From colleagues to co-founders, and now to family. Our partnership works because we bring different strengths to the table. What one of us misses, the other catches. This photo captures us during a rare quiet moment at a beautiful sunset event.
Here we are, Jinal and Neha, on-site at a beautiful beachside wedding. Over the years, we've grown into more than just business partners. Neha's kids call Jinal 'Maasi,' and that says more about our bond than any co-founder title ever could.

About Our Story & Our Team
The reason our partnership works is simple, we divide and conquer based on what we do best. Neha handles client servicing, ensuring your anxieties are managed, while Jinal focuses on the design, ensuring your vision is technically feasible and aesthetically on point. This setup means that while one of us is obsessing over the floral density of your mandap, the other is ensuring your guest logistics and timelines are perfectly on track, allowing you to actually be present for your own wedding.
The Doli Diary started with a shared realization that weddings often follow a tired, cookie-cutter path. We wanted to build something that prioritizes the couple's narrative over generic trends. What began as a collaboration between two people has grown into a 50-strong team of designers, planners, and logistics experts based in Mumbai, all united by a single purpose: to build weddings that feel real.
We do not just decorate spaces. Whether we are transforming a barren 9.5-acre plot into a wedding venue or coordinating a monsoon wedding with a six-week lead time, we approach every project as a challenge to be solved. Our team thrives under the pressure of execution. We believe that if you have a wild idea, it is our job to build the bridge between that idea and reality.
Our process is built on radical transparency. We believe in being upfront about budgets and the reality of vendor costs. Because we manage everything from the initial mood boards to on-ground fabrication and lighting design, we ensure there are no surprises on your big day. We work across India and internationally, bringing the same level of intensity and care to every celebration, whether it is an intimate ceremony or a massive destination event.
