From Vision to Reality: Our Design Process

Every grand design begins with a single, clear vision. This 3D render was our north star for creating an elegant ceremony inside a custom-built glass hangar. It allowed us to perfect the aisle, seating arrangement, and floral design long before the first guest arrived, ensuring a flawless execution of a complex build.

This aerial render showcases the scale of our landscaping and venue construction for the forest wedding. We didn't just place a tent; we reimagined the entire plot, carving out pathways, defining zones for different functions, and integrating the structure seamlessly with the natural environment.

This is the master layout that turned a 9.5-acre jungle into a functional, high-end wedding venue. It details everything from guest parking and service zones to the placement of the main hangar and dining areas. This level of detailed pre-planning is how we execute large-scale, complex projects seamlessly.

The moodboard is where a story begins to find its visual language. For the forest wedding, we curated textures, color palettes, and inspirational images to define a style that was both elegant and organic. This board guided every design choice, from the furniture to the floral arrangements.

The bride's dream was to get married where her future home would stand. This render illustrates our initial concept of placing a grand, transparent hangar amidst the wild, forest-like land. It was the first step in visualizing how we could make her deeply personal dream a reality.

With just a month and a half, we transformed an empty space into a monsoon-proof fairytale wedding. This video shows the behind-the-scenes journey of building a complete mandap setup from scratch inside an AC hangar, filled with fragrant rajnigandhas and glowing chandeliers, proving that even the tightest timelines can't stop a dream wedding.

This wedding at Fairmont Udaipur was a whirlwind of creativity, planned and executed in just 1.5 months. We designed distinct themes for each event, from a Rajasthani-boho Pellikuturu to a vibrant poolside carnival and an elegant, fragrant wedding ceremony. This showcases our ability to deliver bespoke, multi-event weddings under pressure.

The title card "From Render to Reality" sets the stage for our design process. It's our promise that what we dream up together on screen is what you will experience on your wedding day.

Render: This was our digital vision for a regal mandap at Nahargarh Palace, floating on water. The render focused on the interplay of bougainvillea, traditional blue-pottery inspired pillars, and the sunset glow, setting a blueprint for a truly royal ceremony.
