The Serendipity Process: How We Bring Your Wedding Dream to Life
Turning your 'khwaab' into an 'ehsaas' means more than just decor. See how we handle the chaos and logistics so you can simply enjoy your day.
"She already had planned before I had to tell her." Hearing a bride say we were perfectly aligned is the highest compliment. This is the kind of intuitive, personal planning I strive for.
A behind the scenes look at my team setting up for an outdoor event. It takes a village of dedicated people working tirelessly to create a seamless and magical experience.
"No one prepares you for what it really takes to plan a wedding." This image kicks off a series about the real, hilarious, and humbling truths I've learned in this industry.
Every wedding teaches you something new, not just about planning, but about people, patience, and showing up no matter what. My team is the heart of every event's success.
Celebrating one year of The Serendipity Co. This video is a look back at the leap of faith I took, and the beautiful memories we've been privileged to create since.
A little about me, Rhea Dewan. With nearly a decade in the industry, I founded The Serendipity Co. to be a storyteller, turning visions into unforgettable, bespoke events.
"Thank you to Rhea and her team for putting together such a wonderful, wonderful..." This testimonial from the father of the groom is a powerful reminder of the impact of our work on the entire family.
About this collection
I don't just hand over a mood board and disappear. My process starts with building a buffer for every 'what-if'—from wardrobe mishaps to last-minute guest list changes. I am the one on the ground managing the vendors, missing meals, and running the show so your only job is to be present.
I believe that the magic of a wedding isn't just in the flowers. It is in the logistics. When I talk about 'turning khwaab into ehsaas', it means bridging the gap between a wild vision and reality. Whether it is an intimate beach dinner in Sri Lanka or a high-production Jungle Disco in Mumbai, my role is to act as the buffer between you and the inevitable chaos.
I don’t work with templates. Every event requires a custom blueprint. We start by deconstructing your vision—what matters to you, what music makes you move, what lighting sets the mood—and we map that onto the reality of the venue. My team and I handle the vendor drama, the technical sound checks, and the last-minute changes so you can be a guest at your own party.
How We Work
- Story-Driven Design: We look at your personality, not just Pinterest trends, to create a look that feels like you.
- Reality Checks: We provide honest feedback on what works and what doesn't, ensuring your budget is spent on things that actually impact the experience.
- The Buffer System: We create 'chaos-proof' timelines. If something goes wrong, you likely won't even know about it until after the event.
My goal is simple: to create a space where you can let go. You bring the dream; I’ll bring the structure, the team, and the energy needed to get it done.
