About Our Process & Promise
When we say we handle the logistics, we mean it. For every event, we assign a dedicated shadow for the couple and an on-site hospitality team so you never have to worry about vendors, guest arrivals, or last-minute emergencies. Our goal is to let you be fully present, knowing that the setup, the timeline, and the behind-the-scenes madness are managed by us.
We approach design with an intentional, soulful eye. It starts with understanding who you are. We do not believe in cookie-cutter templates or flashy displays for the sake of it. We build worlds—whether that is a speakeasy-themed Sangeet, a lakeside festival in Udaipur, or an intimate garden ceremony.
Our Workflow
Concept & Vision We start by narrowing down your vibe, color palettes, and the specific emotion you want to evoke. We build cohesive mood boards to align our visual language with your personality.
Planning & Management We find the right vendors, manage budgets, and handle the back-end negotiations. Our logistical planning covers itinerary building, guest management, and vendor coordination, ensuring there is a clear roadmap from start to finish.
On-Day Execution On the ground, we become your buffers. From 3D scenography and staging to managing hospitality desks and welcome hampers, our team ensures the design renders you saw on paper translate perfectly into reality. Whether it is a floating mandap or a complex technical light rig, we oversee the production and technical riders so you only show up and celebrate.
