About Our Process & Promise

When we say we handle the logistics, we mean it. For every event, we assign a dedicated shadow for the couple and an on-site hospitality team so you never have to worry about vendors, guest arrivals, or last-minute emergencies. Our goal is to let you be fully present, knowing that the setup, the timeline, and the behind-the-scenes madness are managed by us.

This is how the magic begins. This board shows our process from the initial site visit, or 'recce', to the detailed design sketches for a grand, floral-arched walkway and a custom couple monogram.
Every event starts with a mood board to define the aesthetic. This board showcases the vision for a serene and elegant indoor puja, with a soft pastel color palette, delicate floral concepts, and peacock motifs.
A key step in our process is creating 3D design mockups. This allows you to visualize the stage and backdrop structure long before we start building, ensuring the final result is exactly as you imagined.
