About From Vision to Reality: Our Process
We don’t just show up on the wedding day to set up. Most of our work happens before you arrive, whether it’s scouring the Ghazipur Phool Mandi at 4 AM for the freshest imports or adjusting the height of a chandelier by millimeters until it hits the light just right. We believe the real magic is in the unglamorous, late-night hours we put in so that when you walk in, you feel like your story has come to life.
Great wedding decor is rarely about just buying expensive props. It is a logic puzzle of logistics, fabrications, and timing. When we start a project, we don’t just ask what you want; we ask how you want to feel.
The Workflow

The Vision & The Mood: It starts with a conversation. We swap moodboards and reference images to understand the texture of your event. If it is a Sufi night, we focus on lanterns and brass; if it is a beach wedding, we look at breezy fabrics and floral integrity against the wind.

The Sourcing: We are obsessed with materials. From sourcing rare blooms to custom-printing flooring patterns, we don't settle for 'off-the-shelf' looks. Our team spends days in markets and workshops, ensuring the fabric for the drapery matches the exact color story we’ve sketched.

The On-Ground Hustle: This is where the 'ek minute seedha kar' (wait, straighten it) moments happen. Whether we are in Udaipur, Delhi, or a remote beach in Goa, our team acts as a single unit. We manage the lighting rigs, the floral installations, and the structural safety, while keeping the chaos hidden from your guests.
Why It Matters
We treat every event as a temporary masterpiece. Because our setups are often intricate—involving heavy florals, lighting, and custom stage builds—we dedicate specific supervisors to oversee the installation and dismantling. We aren't just designing for photos; we are designing for the experience of being in that space for hours. You deserve to walk into a venue and feel like it was built just for your moment.
