Studio Specifications
- Flooring: Professional-grade dark vinyl over sprung wood, designed to reduce impact injury.
- Space: Exclusive use of approx. 800-1,000 sq. ft. main floor area.
- Mirrors: Full-length, wall-to-wall mirrors on the primary wall for choreography.
Tech & Equipment
- Sound: High-bass PA system with Bluetooth and Aux connectivity.
- Lighting: Standard white/neutral geometric ceiling lights for visibility.
- Climate: High-capacity Split AC units for temperature control.
Basic Amenities
- Facilities: Perimeter bench seating and a basic changing corner.
- Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi access included.

- Lighting: Access to color-changing LED strips (RGB), spotlights, and backlit circular wall.
- Effects: Usage of a fog/smoke machine for dramatic effect.

Capacity & Logistics
- Guests: Suitable for 25-40 standing or 15-20 dancing guests.
- Pet Policy: Pets allowed explicitly with post-event deep cleaning included.
- Privacy: Blackout curtains/blinds to isolate the venue from the corridor.

- Staff: Assistant present to manage lighting transitions.
- Furniture: Basic stools, chairs, and a folding table for cake or dry snacks.

- Multi-Set Usage: Unlimited switching between the Tricolour Wall, Black Lab Minimalist, and Golden Jali/Indian Wall.
- Lighting Control: Full manual control over dimmers, spots, and color mixing for camera requirements.
- Props: Access to vintage chandeliers, drapes, and high stools.
Crew Facilities
- Capacity: Accommodates up to 15 crew members with equipment.
- Changing Area: Privacy screens provided for multiple costume changes.
- Power: Commercial power points available for heavy lights and monitors.
Operational Details
- Flooring: Sprung floor reduces fatigue during long shoots.
- Catering: Permission to order dry catering/food for consumption in the lobby area.

Hey, we’re The Dance Tech, or just T.D.T if you like it short. This is our home in Malad West, built for dancers, artists, and anyone who wants to create. You walk in with a wild idea, you walk out with something cool - that’s the vibe. We’ve got this ‘Indian Wall’ that’s pure royal, and those Luxe Drapes, dramatic as ever. People come for Bharatnatyam, hip-hop, whatever. Pets always welcome, ‘cause honestly, pets make everything better.
