Digital Kiosk: Unlimited GIFs & Boomerangs (No Prints)
Hardware & Space
- Booth Type: Sleek "Open Air" kiosk stand with an integrated LED Ring Light for facial illumination.
- Camera: Utilizes a high-resolution iPad Pro (or similar) front-facing camera.
- Footprint: Requires minimal space (approx. 4x4 feet) and one standard power outlet.
Digital Deliverables
- Content Types: Captures Still Photos, animated GIFs, and Boomerangs (burst loops).
- Delivery: Instant sharing to guest phones via AirDrop (iPhone), QR Code, or Email input.
- Post-Event: A "Micro-Website" link is generated containing all captures for the host to download.
Customization & Staff
- Branding: Customized digital frame overlay applied to every file (e.g., Event Name or Logo).
- Props: Includes a standard "Fun Pack" of handheld stick props (cardboard/PVC visuals).
- Manpower: 1 Technical assistant to assist guests with the touchscreen interface.
Important Exclusions
- No Prints: This package is strictly digital; no physical printing equipment is included.
- No Backdrop: Relies on the venue's natural wall or decor unless booked separately.

Professional Hardware
- Camera & Light: DSLR camera setup paired with a studio-grade strobe/flash unit for high-clarity images in low light.
- Printer: High-speed Dye-Sublimation printer (DNP style) delivering water-resistant prints in under 15 seconds.
- Backdrop: Includes a physical backdrop stand with a choice of Shimmer Sequins (Gold/Silver/Black) or generic floral print.
Print Specifications
- Volume: Unlimited prints for the 3-hour duration (subject to printer speed, typically ~60-80 sessions/hour).
- Formats: Choice of classic 2x6 inch Photo Strips (two copies per session) OR single 4x6 inch Postcards.
- Design: Custom print border designed to match the event theme or invitation.
Guest Experience & Staff
- Dual Output: Guests receive immediate physical prints and can access digital copies via QR code.
- Props Table: A curated table featuring physical props like oversized glasses, wigs, and signboards.
- Team: 2 Staff Members included (1 Host to manage crowds/posing, 1 Technician for equipment).
Logistics
- Arrival: Team arrives 60 minutes prior to the start time for assembly (this setup time is not counted in the 3-hour rental).
