While brownies put us on the map, our kitchen is always experimenting. Here are the handcrafted desserts our community asked for, made with the same pure ingredients as our signature bakes.

Introducing our Strawberry Cheesecake. It features a creamy, baked cheesecake base on a biscuit crust, topped with a vibrant, fresh strawberry compote. A perfect seasonal treat.

Nothing says Christmas like a traditional Plum Cake. Ours is rich, moist, and packed with rum-soaked fruits and nuts, making it an essential part of any holiday celebration.

Our Christmas Stollen Bread is a festive German classic. This fruit-filled loaf is enriched with spices and marzipan, then dusted with powdered sugar for a snowy finish.

Our Crunchy Nut Cookies are the perfect companion for a cup of tea or coffee. They are loaded with almonds and other nuts, giving them a satisfyingly crunchy texture.

Our classic Chocolate Chip Cookies are baked to perfection. They have a slightly crisp edge and a soft, chewy center, packed with high-quality chocolate chips.

Sunshine in a bite. Our Mango Macarons are delicate, chewy, and filled with a sweet and tangy mango ganache. They are a perfect taste of summer.

Cozy up with our rich and creamy Hot Chocolate. We make it with real melted chocolate for a truly decadent flavour, perfect for a chilly Bengaluru evening.

Our Korean Garlic Bun is a savoury surprise on our menu. It's a soft, pull-apart bun soaked in garlic butter and filled with a sweet cream cheese frosting.

To celebrate Independence Day, we created these Tricolour Eclairs. The light choux pastry is filled with cream and topped with colourful frosting.

About Beyond Brownies: Our Dessert Collection

We don't use compound chocolate or artificial stabilizers, which means our desserts have a natural shelf life and should be enjoyed fresh. When you order a cheesecake or a Korean cream cheese bun, you are getting something made in small batches in our HSR, Kalyan Nagar, or Indiranagar kitchens, not mass-produced factory stock.
