About Our Music Showcase: Bollywood & Retro
Unlike a standard DJ setup, our 7-piece band arrangement includes a dedicated saxophone and a full rhythm section to nail both Bollywood hits and 70s rock. Whether it is a Sangeet mashup or a retro English classic, we do not just play tracks—we rearrange the songs live so the transition between genres is smooth, keeping aunties and friends dancing in the same set.
We started as college friends jamming in dorms, and that 'let’s have fun' energy is still the core of every show we play. Our Bollywood and retro sets aren’t just about playing songs; it’s about the performance. We bring a full kit including keyboards, bass, lead guitar, drums, and our sax player, which gives us the power to make 'Aaj Ki Raat' or 'Gimme Gimme Gimme' sound massive, not thin.
We know how weddings in India go. You have a mix of age groups, and you need a setlist that bridges the gap. That is why we focus on high-engagement performances. We don't just stand there; we interact with the crowd, take requests if the vibe is right, and make sure the energy doesn't dip. From Mumbai auditoriums like Dr. Antonio Da Silva to destination weddings in palaces or farmhouses, we travel with our own gear and sound engineer to ensure the audio quality stays tight. The Coalition
We are TBC—a bunch of friends who went from college jams to big wedding stages. We treat every gig like it is our own party, keeping it raw and real. We are not about stiff, rehearsed performances; we are about that live energy that gets the whole crowd moving.
