Full 7-Piece Band for Private Parties
The Talent & Lineup
- 7 Musicians: Full band experience including 2 Lead Vocalists (Male & Female), Saxophone, Drums, Bass, Keyboards, and Guitars.
- Sound Engineer: Includes a dedicated crew member to manage the FOH console for balanced, studio-quality sound.
Performance Details
- Duration: Up to 120 minutes of live performance. Typical formats include 2 sets of 60 minutes or 3 sets of 40 minutes.
- Genre: Signature 'Electric Fusion' mixing Pop, Rock, and Bollywood (e.g., 'Shut Up & Dance' with 'Desi Girl').
- Customization: Includes a pre-event consultation to finalize specific 'Must Play' and 'Do Not Play' requests.
Logistics & Production
- Equipment: Band provides personal instruments (Backline), pedalboards, and in-ear monitors.
- Transport: Includes travel costs for crew and gear within Mumbai city limits.
- Attire: Coordinated 'Party Glam' outfits (suits, jackets, dresses) suitable for evening events.
Client Requirements (Not Included)
- PA System: Client must hire a sound vendor for speakers, subwoofers, and mixing console based on the band's Tech Rider.
- Hospitality: Client to provide dinner and beverages for the 8-person crew.
Live Band for Clubs & Commercial Venues
Eligibility
- Venue Type: Applicable only for Clubs, Pubs, Microbreweries, and Ticketed Public Events. Not valid for private weddings or birthdays.
Performance Scope
- Duration: A tight 90-minute non-stop performance OR two 45-minute sets.
- Repertoire: Standard 'Club Set' featuring a tested mix of Commercial Pop, Retro Classics, and Bollywood Dance. No custom playlisting.
Crew & Marketing
- Lineup: The full 7-piece band (Sax, 2 Vocals, Rhythm Section) plus 1 Sound Engineer.
- Promotion: Includes social media 'Gig Alerts' on band channels to drive footfall.
Venue Requirements (Not Included)
- Tech Rider: Venue must provide the complete sound setup (PA, Mixer, Mics, Monitors) per specifications.
- Hospitality: Venue to provide an F&B tab for the band members.

Who We Are
We’re The Bombay Coalition, or TBC if you want to keep it short. College buddies turned gig partners, we’re all about bringing real energy to every party. Nothing fancy, just pure fun and music that gets everyone moving.
What You Can Expect
People always tell us our gigs feel like a cardio workout - if you’re looking for a dance floor band for events, that’s us. We’re a 7-piece crew with a mix of two lead vocalists, guitars, sax, keys, bass, and drums. Six years deep in the scene, we know how to pump up a party.
Our Sound
We do a wild blend of rock, pop, retro, and Bollywood. Expect surprise mashups - like “Shut Up & Dance X Desi Girl” and “Aaj Ki Raat X Humma Song”. If you want a full English retro night or a Bollywood mashup band vibe, we’re up for it. We work with you to create a custom party setlist that fits your crowd.

My Story
We’re The Bombay Coalition, and trust us, it’s been one mad ride. Started off as college friends, now we’re this big, noisy family. Mikhail runs the show on stage, Shanelle off it, Leander’s our gear mule, and Aryaman’s always with his ‘Alright!’ We’ve gone through firsts, fails, and wild nights, but nothing beats playing with your besties. 2023 was crazy, 2024 will be crazier. Come catch the vibe, we promise it’s always real.
